Drawing to dispatch

We engineer the part, build or source the tooling, and manage production through our own shop and a vetted network of toolmakers, foundries and CNC job shops.

01

Press tools & progressive dies

Draw, punching, trimming, bending and progressive tools, designed in-house and built with partner toolrooms. We quote stage and progressive options side by side so you can weigh tool cost against piece price.

How we work

Every job follows the same five steps

  1. Drawing & RFQ

You send drawings, 3D models and annual volumes. We raise any queries in writing.

  2. Costing

We build the cost part by part and get quotes from tool, casting and machining vendors.

  3. Quotation

A numbered quotation with tooling, piece price, MOQ and validity.

  4. Tooling & samples

Tools are built, samples made and submitted with quality documents.

  5. Production

Series supply to schedule, with every document logged against the part number.
